Refunds Policy

By submitting payment for any service provided by Linguistics Pros, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our refund policy.

Payment is required in full before the commencement of the translation service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Final Sales and Refunds

All sales of translation services are final. Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of the service provided, no refund will be issued after the final translation product has been delivered to the Client. Refunds may be considered only if the project is cancelled by the Client before the commencement of work.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the services weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Confidentiality:

Linguistics Pros agrees to treat all source documents and information provided by the Client as confidential and will not disclose them to any third parties without the Client’s express permission, except as required for the completion of the translation service (e.g., sharing with a certified translator) or as required by law.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
